A career in building sales teams that hit their numbers.

WHO I AM

If your sales team isn't delivering consistent, predictable results, the problem usually isn't effort. It's leadership.

Most business owners fall into one of two traps. You're a natural salesperson who's great at closing but can't stop stepping in yourself long enough to coach your team. Or you're a reluctant seller who sees sales as a necessary evil and just wants results without having to run it personally.

I step in as your fractional sales leader to build the team, the process, and the accountability that makes revenue predictable, not dependent on you. For companies with three or more reps who need real sales leadership, I lead, develop, and coach your team toward growing sales 20% or more.

AI & Technology Sales Advisory Current, hands-on experience advising on AI voice agents and Oracle, Microsoft, and AI-driven solutions, brought directly into how your sales team sells and scales.

MY BACKGROUND

My career started at IBM, then moved through VP and director-level sales roles at Forsythe Computers and Peregrine Systems, before twelve years as Director of Sales at Enterprise Consulting Group, where I personally sold Oracle hardware, database, and services while leading a five-person team through the full IT infrastructure sales cycle.

From there I spent a decade as VP of Sales at Vigilant Technologies, leading the enterprise sales team through complex Oracle solution sales, building C-level relationships, and managing long sales cycles from first conversation through post-sale delivery.

Since 2022, I've run my own fractional sales leadership practice as a Sales QB Licensee, working with companies that have three or more reps but no one steering the ship. Alongside that, I'm currently advising on AI voice agent adoption in senior care and supporting clients on Oracle, Microsoft, and AI solutions, work that keeps me current on exactly the technology shift most sales teams are trying to figure out how to sell into right now.

WHO I HELP

Companies With 3+ Sales Reps and No Real Sales Leadership The most common gap I close. Structured leadership and coaching that grows sales 20% or more.

The Natural Salesperson You're good at selling, maybe too good, and it's kept you from building a team that can sell without you in the room.

The Reluctant Seller You'd rather not touch sales personally, but you need it running well regardless.

Companies Selling Complex, Long-Cycle Solutions Two decades leading enterprise Oracle sales cycles means I know what it takes to manage a long, technical sale from first call to signed contract.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY

A former direct report describes him as one of the most effective managers she worked under, someone who got sales and marketing teams genuinely collaborating and who helped establish key business partnerships that were essential to the company's success.

A colleague who worked with him at Oracle notes that CIOs and IT leaders in his market turned to him as a trusted advisor, and that he builds relationships equally well with large enterprises and small-to-midsize businesses.

Another business partner points to his honesty, integrity, and follow-through as the most thorough of any partner they've worked with.
