WHO DARYN IS
Some people spend their careers in sales. Daryn has spent his improving it.
For 35 years, he has trained, coached, and led some of the most demanding sales environments in North America. He started as a golf instructor and built an indoor golf instruction business from a single location to three thriving franchise sites — growing revenue from zero to $1.2M annually over seven years, totaling $5M. That was his first real classroom.
That experience led him into 14 years of world-class sales training and coaching — developing executives, building teams, and working with revenue leaders across organizations from startup to $100M+. He trained with Sandler, one of the most rigorous sales methodologies in the world, and spent years as an associate at Sandler | EAM Consulting Group.
As COO of a multi-million-dollar logistics company, he put everything he had learned to the test at scale — restructuring operations, rebuilding the business development pipeline, integrating EOS company-wide, and coaching 50 executives and teams directly. The result was a forecast of $3M+ in projected revenue gains within one year and an average of 30–40% sales growth across the organizations he coached.
